Job Summary:

The Springs of Red Oak is seeking a skilled and compassionate COTA Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team in Hot Springs, AR. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will work alongside occupational therapists to design and implement tailored therapy programs for our patients. Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in creating individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Implement and modify therapy programs to meet patient needs, including exercises, activities, and interventions
  • Monitor patient progress, record treatment outcomes, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in staff development and education to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
