Guest Services Team Member | Magic Springs Theme & Water Park
Position Type: Seasonal | Pay: Starting at $11.00/hour

- Sell items, process season passes, and admit guests into the park as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work within all areas of Guest Services to ensure a smooth guest arrival process.
- Ensure quick transactions, season pass processing, and guest arrival experience.
- Often act as an ambassador, assisting and directing guests as necessary.
- Offer direct assistance to guests with lost items, lost children, comments, and concerns.
- While cashiering, responsible for till bag throughout entire shift.
- Assist with guest questions, comments, and concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Must possess oral and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively.
- Required to read and understand operation manuals.
- Guest service skills required due to the high level of Guest interaction.
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Energy and enthusiasm for long shifts.
- Available to work overtime if over 18 years of age.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

- Must be able to walk or stand for eight to ten hours a shift.
- Able to withstand all weather conditions that the park operates under.
- Requires kneeling and bending.
- Requires reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
- Requires lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
