Park Services Team Member | Magic Springs Theme & Water Park

Position Type: Seasonal | Pay: Starting at $11.00/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for guests and fellow Team Members.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of any and all assigned areas, including the park, restrooms, and parking lot.
  • Utilize chemicals and cleaning agents as trained daily.
  • Perform duties as trained and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
  • Monitor all equipment, supplies, maintenance, and on-going training daily.
  • Maintain high standard of quality guest service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
  • Must have good attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be able to follow direction.
  • Available to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs. (If 18 years of age and older, ability to work overtime).
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including hot temperatures and exposure to full sunlight, while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection.

  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to 8 hours a shift.
  • Requires occasional kneeling and bending
  • Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling
  • Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds
  • Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck.
  • Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.
