This full‑time (48-52 hours/week), on‑site Manager role at Blue Ember Smokehouse in Hot Springs oversees daily restaurant operations and ensures an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include leading and developing team members, managing staffing needs, and maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. The Manager will monitor inventory, support efficient kitchen and front‑of‑house operations, handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and contribute to achieving overall business goals.
This role offers a salary range of $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on the candidate’s qualifications.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for all guests
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing team members to support recruitment, development, and retention
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead the team and interact with guests
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu execution, inventory management, and quality control
- Accurately count cash, reconcile drawers, and maintain balanced daily financial records
- Monitor, track, and order inventory to ensure proper stock levels and reduce waste
- Oversee product counts, deliveries, and storage organization to support smooth operations
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities to address challenges and maintain efficient operations
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast‑paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in hospitality or business management are a plus
