• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to do the work with a passion for excellence
• Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation to job site and good attendance history
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be available evenings and weekends – this is when we clean
