Position: Composite Bonder
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience required; willing to train the right candidate
- Strong listening skills and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Must pass a drug screen and background check - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Bond composite and metal materials to fabricate aircraft parts and structures
- Measure, cut, and apply bonding agents according to specifications
- Operate equipment such as autoclaves, hot bonders, and ovens during the bonding process
- Sand, finish, inspect, and repair aircraft components as needed
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Inspect completed parts for defects and ensure they meet aerospace specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned
