• Assemble fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
• Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years of related experience preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment; ability to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately; strong attention to detail; ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and efficiency; manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination; basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions; commitment to safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE; ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and meet production quotas;
  
  flexibility to rotate between workstations or assist other team members as needed.

• Physical requirements:
  
  Prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift 0–100 pounds depending on specific position.
• Schedule:
  
  Standard business hours Monday – Friday 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with potential for extended hours as needed.

• Pay:
  Starting at $16 per hour, depending on experience and seniority.
