Slitter Operator
Location:
Osceola, AR
Marathon Staffing is hiring a Slitter Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re safety-minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands‑on work, we’d love to hear from you.
- Operate and monitor slitting equipment to cut materials to required specifications
- Perform basic setup and adjustments as needed for production runs
- Inspect materials for quality and report issues promptly
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support production goals and communicate effectively with team members
- Previous machine operating experience preferred (training may be available)
- Ability to read work instructions and follow procedures
- Comfort working on a production floor and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
