Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative) to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative), you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative)

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Pay Range: $17.34

Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday)

What's the Job?
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
  • Follow oral and written work instructions to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work to maintain sanitation standards.
  • Verify and feed raw materials into the production process accurately.
  • Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards, checking yields and investigating discrepancies.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships.
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
  • Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion.
