More about our teamYou will work alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and maintain patient comfort and safety.
How you'll contribute- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
