Registered Nurse (RN)

You will work alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and maintain patient comfort and safety.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
