Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care.

• Contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
• Document patient care provided.
• Assist RN with development of plan of care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts/units as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a current state LPN license. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
