License Practicing Nurse (LPN) Rehabilitation
Job Type: Full-Time, Days
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) joining our team, you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care.
How you’ll contribute- Contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
- Document patient care provided.
- Assist RN with development of plan of care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts/units as needed.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current state LPN license.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
