Registered Nurse; RN Medical-Surgical

Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical, full‑time days, based at National Park Medical Center, Hot Springs, Arkansas. This role offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus with a two‑year commitment and involves providing compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated nursing team.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred:
  One year of experience.
• Preferred: ASLS certification.
