Job Type: Fulltime, Days

• Coordinate and manage all components of the Employee Health program.
• Collaborate with departments, physicians, Human Resources, and staff to support employee health processes.
• Conduct employee health screenings, evaluations, and maintain health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Organize and administer mobile vaccine clinics across all departments as needed.
• Assist with infection control surveillance, education, and program support.
• Serve as back‑up for the Infection Prevention Nurse, supporting infection prevention initiatives and response efforts.
• Support new‑hire onboarding processes in partnership with Human Resources, including health clearances and screenings.
• Respond to employee exposures, injuries, and infection control‑related incidents.
• Participate in emergency and crisis situations related to employee health and infection control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current state nursing license.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Health and infection control practices.
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Human Resources for onboarding and employee‑related processes (preferred).
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Infection Control (CIC) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire.
• Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification preferred.
