Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

- Performs complete patient assessment.
- Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
- Initiates the Patient Goal/Problem List or Clinical Path on admission.
- Develops Plan of Care to support the patient goals and the medical plan of care.
- Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
- Assures the presence of consent and its documentation for procedures, therapies, and research protocols.
- Assures the presence of appropriate supplies to perform the ordered procedure or therapy.
We are offering a sign‑on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.
Job Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
- Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 months.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 months.
