Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care.
How you'll contribute- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
