Assisted Living Wellness Director LPN RN

• Assure implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manage, coordinate, and direct all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations and community policies.
• Establish working relationships with health care professionals, including residents’ healthcare providers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Minimum of at least two years in‑home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience.
