The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in a medical-surgical unit in an Arkansas healthcare facility. The role involves providing patient care to a diverse adult population, primarily focusing on common diagnoses and treatments associated with medical-surgical nursing. The candidate will be working a day shift schedule.

• Schedule:
  
  12-hour shifts, weekly guaranteed hours of 36 hours, with every other weekend (EOW) shifts.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, ACLS certification, BLS certification, and 1-2+ years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with electronic health record systems, strong clinical skills in adult patient care, and familiarity with common diagnoses such as post-operative recovery, chronic illnesses, and acute conditions.
• Additional Information:
  The role involves caring for adult patients with a variety of diagnoses, requiring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards. The unit has 40 beds and a patient ratio of 1:6. Scrubs are navy in color, and no unacceptable attire is specified.
