Schedule:
12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med/Surg Tele department. This role includes comprehensive patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications to ensure optimal recovery. Join a team committed to meeting the medical needs of the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care and support to a diverse patient population.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in patient education and ensure understanding of discharge instructions.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Arkansas.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg or Telemetry.
