Elite Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide consultation in palliative and supportive care, within the Hospice program. The role involves visiting patients, coordinating care with the Hospice Medical Director and other physicians, and documenting progress and patient responses.
Qualified candidates hold an unrestricted license as an NP or CNS, current national certifications, CPR, and at least 5 years of nursing experience.
