COBALT AERO SERVICES, LLC is seeking a Director of Quality based in Hot Springs, AR. This critical role involves overseeing all quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement activities for the FAA Part 145 Repair Station. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of aviation quality experience and a strong understanding of FAA regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining the Quality Management System and being the primary liaison during audits.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
