In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative product options; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues; promotes the company’s products and services. Maintains safety of facility, conducts safety sweeps, follows procedures for handling merchandise, corrects unsafe situations, provides member service by acknowledging the member, assisting with purchasing decisions, processes member purchases, assists with payments, utilizes cash registers, locates and organizes merchandise, zones designated areas, resolves member issues, promotes products, organizes and maintains availability of carts/flatbeds, assists members with transporting items, utilizes cart retrieval equipment, and maintains parking lot cleanliness.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; carries out tasks; communicates progress; determines improvement opportunities; and adapts to change.
