Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders or helping members while stocking shelves.

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with self-service technology; guide purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues; and promote company products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous materials handling; and report unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise; setting up displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise.
• Monitor product quality by ensuring rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and co-workers, communicating progress, and adapting to changes.
• Ensure club pick-up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures.
