- Assist guests with purchases, rentals, and/or cashier sales.
- Deliver excellent guest service to all in a polite and friendly manner.
- Stock, arrange, clean, and maintain retail merchandise, rental merchandise, supplies, and/or equipment.
- Promote sales and discourage theft.
- Assist inventory procedures, price-mark retail merchandise, and assist in retail, rentals, and/or attraction areas as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
- Must have good attendance and punctuality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Previous customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
- Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively.
- Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism, and supervision.
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
- Required to work in various weather conditions.
- Available to work overtime if over 18 years old.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
