Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety of equipment.;
Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, damages, reworks, and supply use.;
Assist with merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signage, displays, sampling, and zoning.;
Maintain food safety standards and support fresh food preparation and production.;
Help define issues and use critical thinking to find solutions.
