MEAT CUTTER

Food 4 Less - 146 Thornton Ferry Road - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Assist in meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks;
Support merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, and displays maintenance, sampling and department procedures;
Follow all food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, production and processing, ensure products are properly packaged/wrapped, weighed, priced and labeled;
Demonstrate confidentiality, attendance, dress code compliance, and willingness to complete other duties as assigned
