Cheap Sleep has been putting families in quality furniture and mattresses since 2007. We're a family-owned operation with locations across Arkansas and Oklahoma, and we're growing. We're not a big-box chain with a script to memorize. We're a team that knows the product, knows the customer, and knows how to close.

Our reps earn $40,000 to $80,000+ per year. You'll start on an hourly base so you're not stressed about slow days while you ramp up, with commission on top that rewards exactly how hard you work.

You'll be on the floor at our Springdale location helping customers find the right mattress or furniture for their home and budget. No pressure tactics, no scripts. Customers come in with a need. Your job is to listen, know the product, and earn the sale the honest way.

We don't throw you on the floor and wish you luck. You'll go through structured onboarding, hands-on product training, and get paired with a senior rep who knows the store. We work with how you learn best.

We open new stores every year and we hire from within. When a new location opens locally, the people already on our team get first shot at running it. If you want to move into a store manager role, the opportunity is real and coming sooner than you'd think.

A people person who genuinely enjoys helping strangers, is self-motivated, and takes pride in doing the job right. Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. We'll teach the right person. You'll need to be comfortable working a retail schedule including weekends.
