Job Description- Manage and grow a department of 3 Commissioning Agents while expanding team capabilities
- Perform client-facing activities for both Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning projects
- Identify new business opportunities and guide clients through the proposal and contracting process
- Mentor team members and drive overall department growth and development
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC, Building, and Automation systems
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Genuine interest and aptitude in Business Development
- BS/BA degree required
