Healthcare Sales Director

Community healthcare facility part of a system looking for a Sales Director! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!

A clinician is preferred, but will consider candidates with strong healthcare sales background in acute, IP Rehab, and other settings as well.
MUST HAVE experience managing a sales team.

• Clinical background is preferred (RN, therapist, etc..) but not required.
• Need a healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background. Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare environment is required
  .
• Needs experience with training, leading and developing sales people, working directly with physicians as referral sources, as well as being out in the field for ride a longs with the team

• Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred.
• Successful track record in leading, managing or direct sales and marketing, in Healthcare environment.
• Clinical background is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of extensive healthcare business development/sales background.
• MUST HAVE Healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background.
• Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare setting.
• MUST have led a sales team of at least 5+ with direct reports.
• Experience with training, leading and developing sales people.
