You’ll Do
- Help customers with their auto insurance needs
- Provide quotes and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial service needs
- Handle customer questions, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs
- Work collaboratively with our team to create an outstanding customer experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Confident and comfortable talking with people
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
