Ace Handyman Services is looking for an experienced Master Craftsman to join our growing team in Hot Springs, AR. If you're a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and values outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Lead Craftsman, you'll work on a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects while leading small jobs and delivering exceptional results for homeowners.

• Complete a wide range of residential handyman repairs and improvements
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and general home maintenance
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Estimate small to medium remodeling projects
• Lead and coordinate small crews when needed
• Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication with homeowners
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

7+ years of professional handyman or skilled trades experience

Strong knowledge of multiple trades, including:

• Drywall
• Painting
• Tile
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrical
• Flooring
• Project management or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Own tools appropriate for a variety of handyman projects
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
