Compensation:

• Paid training period
• Commission-based earnings after training. At that time, the minimum you will make any full work week will be the amount you made during your paid training period.
• Average after first-year earnings:$59,155+

What You’ll Do

As an Appliance Service Professional, you’ll be the face of our company—helping customers get their homes running smoothly again.

• Diagnose and repair household appliances in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and the Greater Little Rock areas
• Provide clear repair estimates and recommendations
• Deliver exceptional, memorable customer service
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Order parts and manage materials efficiently
• Collect payment for completed work

What You Bring

• Strong
  troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with your hands (apartment maintenance, HVAC, auto repair, etc.)
• Must understand wiring schematics/diagrams and be proficient in Multimeter use
• Ability to explain technical issues in a simple, friendly way
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good time management and reliability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 21+
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own hand tools including a multimeter with an amperage clamp (Other specialty tools may be provided)
• Experience in a repair-related field with electrical troubleshooting
• Successfully pass pre-employment screenings

Appliance repair experience (1+ year) is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
