Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dock Lead to join our operations at our boat dock facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily dock activities - (installing boat lifts, boat dock installs/repairs, Jet dock Installation, etc), ensuring safety protocols are followed, and overseeing a team of dockhands. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Monday
- Friday Start time 7AM - 5PM (Extended hours during peak season may be required).
Supervise and coordinate dock operations, including installing boat lifts, making repairs to docks, installing new boat docks, installing jet docks, etc., maintenance of docking equipment, and overseeing dock staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor dock staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
Maintain communication with management regarding dock activities, staff performance, and operational needs.
QualificationsValid Driver's License with no restrictions on being placed on company insurance.
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- You will be driving a company truck to and from job sites.
Previous experience in dock operations or a similar lead role is preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of marine operations and safety protocols is a plus.
Welding experience is a plus.
