HR Manager (Administrative)
Fall River Health Services is looking for a Human Resources Manager who is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function, including payroll oversight. This role ensures compliance with all facility policies and applicable State and Federal regulations while supporting a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and compliance
- Administer bi‑weekly payroll and ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Manage employee benefits, open enrollment, COBRA, and benefit billing reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements, FMLA, workers compensation, and employment regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook
- Monitor performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and disciplinary processes
- Complete required reporting including W-2/1099 processing, 403(b) census and audit support, SADAHO salary survey, and CMS PBJ reporting
