Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Meat Cutter located in Hot Springs, SD. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat for sale. Daily tasks include ensuring the highest standards of quality and sanitation, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves operating and maintaining cutting tools and equipment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with team members to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in meat cutting, trimming, and preparation
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures related to meat handling
• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Inventory management and basic math skills
• Ability to operate and maintain meat cutting tools and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
