Science Lab & Art Assistant

• Prepares and set up equipment and assists teachers in conducting experiment;
• Able to operate simple life science equipment;
• Provide operational and maintenance support in Science Laboratories & Art Rooms;
• Provides classroom support by helping with materials preparation for Art lessons;
• Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of resources;
• Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing;
• Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school and/or department.

Requirement:

• Secondary school education
• 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in a school environment

The Person nel should preferably have the following skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint).

Duration/

Working hours:

10 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 excluding Jun 2026)

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. (not inclusive of lunch break)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Candidate will be offered a 25-hour workweek.
