Our HNF Wellness Day Care & Rehabilitation Centres offer an array of social activities, social support and holistic healthcare services to help our elderly stay independent in their own community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Members & Volunteers Management- Engage and encourage seniors to participate in centre programmes and activities.
- Support outreach efforts to grow membership.
- Assist in home visits and community screenings.
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment, screening, training, and engagement.
- Facilitate befriender matching and monitor programme effectiveness.
- Maintain good relationships with community partners and service providers.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating wellness and outreach programmes.
- Support active ageing KPIs and service targets.
- Ensure centre cleanliness and safety (including covering basic cleaning when required).
- Cover programmes during trainer absence and support festive events or outings.
- Participate in meetings and operational duties as assigned.
- Maintain attendance records, volunteer registry, and home visit documentation.
- Handle enquiries, registration, fee collection, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external submission (e.g. MOH).
- Support purchasing, stock monitoring, repairs coordination, and audit preparation.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE ‘O' Levels with at least 3 years of relevant working experience (healthcare experience preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; computer savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing personality with interest in engaging seniors.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and able to maintain confidentiality.
We are looking for a committed and people‑oriented individual to support members and volunteers management, centre operations, and administrative functions at our Active Ageing Centre (AAC).
