Location: Sunderland

• Deliver practical Multi-Skills Construction training
• Deliver engaging workshop and classroom-based sessions
• Supporting learner progress, achievement and employability
• Working within a modern Construction Academy
• 36‑hour working week
• Monday‑Thursday: 8:30 am‑4:30 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am‑3:00 pm
• Occasional evening and weekend delivery with TOIL or overtime where applicable

• Level 3 qualification in a Construction trade
• Background in Bricklaying, Plastering, Carpentry & Joinery, Painting & Decorating or similar
• Teaching experience desirable but not essential
• Passion for developing others
• Strong practical and communication skills
• Looking for a long‑term career within education
• Positive attitude and commitment to learner success
