FMTC Safety is a full-service safety training company. We offer high quality safety training for Offshore (OPITO), Maritime (STCW), Wind (GWO), and Industry.

We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our facility and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Front Desk Administrator plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our customers and students. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, checking students in for classes, and providing administrative support to ensure the facility runs efficiently.

• Greet and assist customers, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Check students in for scheduled safety training classes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support instructors and staff with administrative tasks
• Ensure the front desk and common areas are tidy and welcoming

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
