Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience in administrative services. Experience substitution:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

As an Administrative Coordinator 3, the incumbent will support clinical operations by:

  • Coordinating client scheduling
  • Managing front desk functions
  • Facilitating client orientations
  • Maintaining accurate client records in electronic systems
