Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in administrative services. Experience substitution:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
Job Duties:
As an Administrative Coordinator 3, the incumbent will support clinical operations by:
- Coordinating client scheduling
- Managing front desk functions
- Facilitating client orientations
- Maintaining accurate client records in electronic systems
