About This Job

DISTRICT 05 - UNIT 510-BERNICE-UNION PARISH
This position is in District 05 Office of Operations/Unit 510 Union Parish/ Bernice, LA of the Department of Transportation and Development and reports directly to the Parish Highway Maintenance Superintendent.

Job Duties

Job Duties and Other Information

  • Maintain confidential files on employees, including personnel, training, small tools, and productivity used for Annual Planning and Performance Evaluation System.
  • Proficient with SAP (Plant Maintenance, PTMW, MIGO, FV60, IFCU, IW21‑Notification and IW31‑Work Order), eProcurement, Agile Assets (LaGOV), and Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare, enter, and edit Daily Work Reports for Highway Foreman and other maintenance unit staff, including information on materials, equipment used, and man hours spent in Agile Assets, Plant Maintenance, and PTMW systems.
  • Prepare and submit payroll audit package for review and audit by the District Business Office.
  • May be required to perform other duties as necessary, including emergency/disaster support activities.
