- Will oversee offshore construction, diving and pipeline projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
- Manage, labor, coordinate logistics, and enforce safety regulations.

Manages on-site offshore construction, monitors labor costs, and keeps daily operations aligned with company specifications and schedules. - Ensures strict adherence to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) protocols, conducts Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and formulates emergency plans.
- Overseeing the completion of offshore maintenance, pipeline installations, and fabrication scopes safely and on schedule.
