This company is seeking Hydraulic Friction Crane Operators to join their team in Houma, Louisiana. Operators will be responsible for safely operating mobile or stationary cranes to lift and move heavy materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other site personnel to ensure efficient operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a crane operator in the construction industry
• Valid NCCCO certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of crane safety protocols, hand signals, and load limits
• Familiarity with construction site operations and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret load charts and blueprints
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid TWIC Card
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate cranes for extended periods
• Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of operating large cranes
