The Teller position is a client-facing role that requires exceptional customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Teller will perform various cash handling transactions, process payments, accept deposits, and process withdrawals while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
ResponsibilitiesThe Teller will respond to customer requests and inquiries, make recommendations about bank products and services, maintain and balance cash supply, and keep accurate bank records.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of cash handling or previous teller experience preferred (may consider a combination of education and experience).
- Banking experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
