• Welcome customers and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.
• Guide customers to the appropriate lender or team member based on their needs.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Maintain an inviting customer environment, including keeping the coffee station, refreshment area, and lobby stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Follow up with customers after branch visits when appropriate to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with routine account service requests.
• Help customers with online banking enrollment, debit card services, and check orders.
• Escort customers to the safe deposit box area when needed.
• Support branch staff in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Serve as an ambassador for Synergy Bank's commitment to personalized service.

• Customer service, hospitality, concierge, retail, banking, or similar customer-facing experience.
• Experience answering and managing telephone inquiries.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
