Salary: $75,000.00 Annually

• Prepares routine drafting projects, such as the preparation of various drawings of structures and equipment systems derived from layouts and sketches.
• Follows established technical specifications to prepare drawings and assists in design drafting.
• Consults with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, and drafting standards.
• Making modifications to existing designs or products, to improve them perform performance or to integrate new technology.
• Calculating various factors to ensure that the design will realistically be possible.
• Ensuring the intended product or structure will be safe, dependable and economically viable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and exercise tolerance and consistency when dealing with others.
• Ensure all OSHA regulated safety training is current.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and compiles with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
• Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.
• Creating job specific schematics.
• Creating 3D models for sales/marketing and company quality management system forms.
• Creating manufacturing prints for fabrication.
• Assumes personal responsibility for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

• College degree with engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred.
