Location:

Houma, Louisiana.

• Maintain assigned equipment per maintenance program and reliability‑centered maintenance strategy.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within TLM business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
• Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
• Implement CoSD projects such as planned repair and reuse of parts.
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
• Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.

• Associate degree or five years of related experience.
• Technical expertise in wireline mechanical tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and electronics.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
