Volga Partners is seeking experienced finance professionals to join a specialized AI initiative supporting the development, training, and evaluation of next‑generation financial reasoning models.

Temporary Contract Assignment

This is a temporary, project‑based contract opportunity supporting an active AI training and evaluation initiative.

While project timelines may vary based on client demand and business needs, candidates selected for the project will have the opportunity to contribute meaningful financial expertise to a growing global AI program.

Please note that this is not a permanent employment position and does not include company‑sponsored benefits, paid leave, holiday pay, or guaranteed long‑term employment. Continued engagement will depend on project requirements, quality of work, and business needs.

Project Timeline & Duration

Based on the information currently provided by the client, this is anticipated to be a short‑term project lasting approximately 7-10 days, with a tentative start date of June 22, 2026, and an estimated completion date around July 1, 2026, depending on project progress, task completion, and client requirements.

Please note that project timelines are subject to change. The start date may be delayed if additional time is needed to reach required participant numbers prior to project kickoff. Likewise, the project duration and end date may be adjusted based on client needs, workload volume, quality requirements, and overall project demand.

  • Evaluate AI‑generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, and business relevance.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to improve model performance and financial understanding.
  • Review financial analyses, assumptions, calculations, and recommendations.
  • Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide structured feedback and quality assessments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain high‑quality deliverables.

Qualifications Required

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
  • CFA Charter holder or CFA Candidate.
  • ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or similar credentials.
