We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Houma, LA. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while fostering and maintaining strong client relationships within the banking and finance sector.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship officers to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in banking and finance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
